URL indicated with the error

Using the "Check for Updates" button the Unable to download error refers to the URL

http://download.boulder.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/lotus/notesanddomino/tools/dct/verstion.xml

Connection refused.

I am behind the company firewall but it does not prompt for username and password.

Anyway, it appears I do have the most current template so I am good to go.
